Success is built by linking Strategy, Structure, and Execution.
Imagine having a personal coach with 30 years of best practices, frameworks, and playbooks. A real-world, hands-on expert who has scaled companies from 0 to $1B+ at companies like Intuit, Netflix, and Mozilla.
I have sat in your seat and learned it all the hard way. What I’ve learned from Bill Campbell, John Doerr, Reid Hoffman and so many others, I’m now passionate about passing on the knowledge to you.
I actually don’t consider myself a “coach”. I prefer being your hands-on business partner, guiding you through strategy, structure, and execution to tackle your most critical issues and helping you and your company scale.
Who I work with
Founders, CEOs, CFOs and COOs — and the heads of finance and operations not yet holding those titles — at venture- and private-equity-backed companies scaling from Series A through IPO. The work is 1:1 and with executive teams.
One condition, and it is the only one I am strict about: I only coach the coachable. The engagements that work are when we both challenge each other to find the best ideas, we design and practice key presentations, and we focus on increasing your success by influencing your CEO, your Executive Peers, your Board, and your direct Team.
Our Partnership

- We connect between sessions for any quick advice or cross checks via text, email, or phone.
- All driven with this web-based coaching platform where you will have your private page of our shared notes and files and Zoom recordings — all indexed and searchable with your own “GPT” for everything we’ve ever discussed.
