What you’re agreeing to
Both plans are a twelve-month membership. The annual plan is one payment of $750. The monthly plan is twelve payments of $79, scheduled in advance. They are two ways of paying for the same year, not two different memberships.
Both renew as another year, so you never have to join again. Pay annually and it renews annually at $750. Pay monthly and it renews as another twelve months at $79 a month. You keep the arrangement you chose — nobody is moved onto different terms at the anniversary. Renewal continues until you tell us to stop.
The first twelve months don’t cancel part way and payments aren’t refunded — the live rooms are planned around who is in them. If something genuinely changes for you, get in touch — we would rather hear it than have you dispute a card charge.
Your address is the key. The membership opens for the account you are signed into when you pay, which is why the account comes first.
